I have always had a passion for health and wellbeing.  Balance in my life was of supreme importance, especially as a single mother.  It was during some of the most imbalanced times in my life working in corporate settings that I realized I needed to make a change in my future.  I loved helping people, but I wanted to do so in a meaningful way that felt aligned with my passions.

In 1996, I put aside my fears and began my training in cosmetology.  I loved how I was able to help people feel relaxed and beautiful in their own skin.  After receiving my license, I began my new career working for high-end hotels and luxury spas.  I honed my skills, and my passions for this field grew even further.

In 1998, I began my apprenticeship for massage and bodywork.  I loved how I was able to help people in a new, holistic way.  Blending multiple therapies for both skin care and now bodywork, my clients would leave feeling both beautiful and relaxed head to toe.  Because I’m dual licensed, my clients receive both facials and massage without ever needing to get off the table!

I decided to open the Vernon Spa in October 2019 as a compilation of my mastership in esthetician and massage therapies.  I am joined by my team to provide you with the most professional, healing, relaxing experience.
